Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very gentle, slow, and rhythmic face and body treatment that focuses directly on improving the function of the lymphatic system. By following the pathways of the many lymphatic vessels located in the body, the nervous system is calmed and pain is relieved. MEDICAL MLD can help support patients with lymphedema by redirecting fluid around damaged or blocked areas commonly associated with medical treatments such as: • PRE AND POST-SURGERY • ONCOLOGY TREATMENT • AUTOIMMUNE DISORDERS • NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS • OTHER DISORDERS MEDICAL REFERRALS FOR MLD TREATMENTS: I am fully certified to provide MLD. If you have untreated or unresolved swelling, contact your physician for an evaluation and perhaps a referral for MLD treatment services. I am here to help you!
