Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. There is no correlation between heavy pressure and deep tissue. With the right application of light pressure we can achieve deep tissue work. Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage does not have to hurt to be effective.
